HomePod as a default to announce new message or text received.

I miss a lot of alerts that I have a new message/text. Is there a way to have the “announce” notification play through HomePod? I believe there’s not, but if someone has found a way, I’m betting it’s posted here somewhere. Thanks.

I don't think there is a way to do that, but you could use Feedback - HomePod - Apple to let Apple know you've like one.
