I've spent a couple of hours editing an imovie project (v10.2.2). When I try to export I get an error message "This item cannot be shared while it is still referencing media on the camera." The video sequence I was editing displays the camera logo in the bottom left-hand corner to show it wasn't completely downloaded. There is no "re import" option on my file menu. Any ideas what I should do next??

The "still referencing" error will come up when the download has not been completed, such as if the camera was disconnected or turned off prematurely. Anything that disrupts the import can cause it. Try plugging in again and waiting a longer time for the export to complete. Then disconnect and see if the camera icon has disappeared.

The reimported clips probably won't carry over the edits that you made.
