Finder would like to access files on your computer pop ups

I started getting three continues pop ups each day on my Macbook Pro and I don't know why or how to stop it.

It wants to access my Desktop, Downloads and Documents. And I don't know why as everything already works with Finder.

If I press OK which they will go away but ask again later.

If I press don't allow they will keep popping up until I press OK.

What's going on and how do I make it stop?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

Boot into Safe Mode by booting with the Shift key held down and check there to see if the problem persists.  Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
