All inboxes not showing any mail in it

All of a sudden my "All inboxes" in Apple Mail is not showing the content of my other mailbox's inboxes. Have tried deleting it and adding back in, still shows up empty. But if I look in my other mailboxes I get new mail and my older mail is still there. Any ideas? Not happening on my other Macs just this one.
