Please help me clear my balance itunes so that I can change the country back to us. I accidentally press change to uk. However when I tried to change back to us, it says need to clear my previous balance itunes. In that case, how can I clear the balance as my iTunes now in uk country. Please help. Thank you

Contact Apple Support, asking the Apple Rep to do so.
Apple’s Contact Information:
Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. And that makes sense, because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Log out of the iTunes Store and back in.
More-involved solutions are applicable to people who intentionally want to change the country, not those correcting accidental changes.
