Under settings my Apple ID at the top is not available

Under settings my Apple ID at the top is not available. This is where all your subscriptions are, past purchases, etc. which I’m sure everyone knows. It has gone dark and it’s not letting me click on it at all

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
