iphone 8 plus no one can hear me properly during calls. They say sounds like speaker phone but very poor quality. No cover on phone, have turned VoLTE on and off and wifi assist on and off. Voice and data set to 4G phone noise cancellation is off still bad quality sound for those trying to hear me.

Have you tried all the suggestions from article, If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working, in particular, making sure that your microphone isn't blocked by debris? Do you find the microphone experiences issues in other apps, such as Voice Memo or while on FaceTime calls?
If the issue is isolated to phone calls only, does this also happen when using the speaker option or when connected to headphones? How about location, does it occur in all locations or is it isolated to a specific area?
