“Courier Delivery” is a service from  and a third party. You pay for your item(s) and that delivery fee. And some will pick it up at the closest Apple Store, and delivers it directly to you. Within minutes. Let’s say you pay right now. Within 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes even less. A person would show up at your door or office, or whatever address you want it delivered...

keep in mind, this services isn’t available it all areas. I live in NYC, and I had selected this service. My iPhone leather case was delivered in 13 minutes.

I am not sure in which context are you referring to the term, "Courier Delivery". In general terms, a courier is appointed or sponsored by the sender.
