iPhone 12 turned off and now it doesn't turn on again

Hi, yesterday night my iPhone 12 (bought on 20 gen 21) turned off while i was using my pc and it doesn't turn on. I tried to put it in charge for an hour, but it still doesn't word.

I tried with the force reboot (vol +, vol - and hold the side button) and it isn't working.

I tried to connect the phone to the pc with itunes but the program doesn't recognize nothing.

I don't know what to do, please help me
