Esim plan does not show my number

After installing another esim my previous data plan and current does not show my number information which blocks my device to use my actual number in iMessage and Facetime. My carrier has said that this is not on their side and it can be true because 2 esims are not able to recognize their mobile numbers. Could you please suggest how can it be fixed?
