My daughter change her iPad with a new one, sadly not able login with my previous Apple id
I only have her Apple ID and password and not have old device to verify two factory pass
Any suggestion for my issue ?

Knowing her new Apple ID & password, you can add a new phone number (or even a land line phone number) where the 2 factor code can be sent.
