Apps Crashing

I went to the contact us page where you chat with Apple helpers, however, it didn't work, and I tried on multiple devices, so I'll try here. I downloaded an app yesterday, and the app I downloaded keeps crashing, I don't know why, my software is up to date. I've restarted my iPad and it still doesn't work. I have an iPad mini, but I am not sure which one it is.

If it happens using that app only, I'd suggest that you contact its support/developer team and ask them:--> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
