MacBook Air Storage

I wondering why, on the internet, every website told that Macbook air (2017) has 128 GB. But when I open "Storage" in About This Mac, it only has 121.12 GB. Can someone please tell me the reason why? (I have updated the MacOs Big Sur).

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

This is Apple usual footnote on storage:

1GB = 1 billion bytes and 1TB = 1 trillion bytes; actual formatted capacity less.
