So I opened my mac and it went to windows. I restarted my mac using the option key and it went to my mac. I shut my mac down to rest and the next day I opened my mac and it was still in Windows. Every time I open my mac it goes to windows, is there a way I can make it go to my mac every time I opened my computer?

In your MacOS go to system preferences > startup drive and set the default boot drive.
