AirPods and iPhone 12 pro
My partner has bought me AirPods and I’ve got an iPhone 12 Pro... it’s saying connected but then doesn’t play any music out of them or anything and my phone constantly freezes!

Start with a full reset:
If no help, and they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPodsÂ

None of this works, it says connected but nothing plays out of them at all.
Also, when I go on control centre there is no music controls on mine.
