Apple ID is locked

My Apple ID is locked and I don’t know how to unlock it. May you please consider helping me unlock my Apple ID I spent a lot of money on that account and I’m panicking because I can’t get it back

No it really didn’t I needed something from the App Store that my friend had so I signed in to his account to get but when I tried to sign back in it said my account was locked
