Big Sur Multiple Monitor setup wall paper reverting to default

I am on Big Sur v11.2.2 and have two monitors attached to my MacBook Pro. When I set the wallpaper for the desktop, whether I use stock Apple photography that comes with the Mac or my own photos, on my laptop it will stay the same but on the dual monitors it reverts to the default desktop image for Big Sur.

When the screen is locked after it boots the image I set shows on all monitors but after I enter my credentials the wallpaper on my MacBook is what I picked but on the dual monitors it reverts back to the default Big Sur image.

I have researched this and see it's been an issue with other operating systems. I have tried all the fixes I can find but none have worked. I haven't seen any specifically for Big Sur so I thought I would give this a try. Any ideas?
