Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
my old email address is no longer available and I can’t remember my password. I have created a new Apple ID but I can’t sign out of my old one. It won’t let me do anything because the old email no longer exists. I just want to sign out.

If you can’t reset the password you will need to contact Apple to provide proof of purchase and request they remove it from their end.
