I have got this MacBook Air on Dec 2020 and was not able to avail the warranty for the same as this is 2017 model. I have won this laptop in a raffle sale. Kindly update the warranty.

The warranty started when the device was originally sold. Apple's not going to start it over just because you won an old laptop in a raffle.
