blank settings screen on iMessage (Mac)

Hello, Im mason and my iMessage wasn't working recently so I googled how to fix it which involved signing out and disabling iMessage, and I can't enable it again because of this blank screen.

Once you're able to access your System Preferences as expected, continue here: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime
