$39.99 charge

i had a 39.99 charge attempt to go through but i had to switch banks so it didnt go through. i was going to add my new bank account to my phone but i would like to know where i can see what im being charged for $39.99 there is nothing under history or subscrptions anywhere that i can see a charge.
