I have forgotten screen time password but can’t reset it

How do I reset my screen time password when it will not action the rest button when I hit it

In that case, you must erase your iPhone and set it up as new.

You can sync some data to iCloud by going to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turning on the the switches for data you want to sync. This will not save settings or apps, which you will have to reinstall.
