Forgot Apple ID for my iPhone

I can't remember my Apple ID for my phone. I updated my phone to the most recent software update and I then connected to iTunes to move my photos to my computer and iTunes kept saying that it was having to update and restore. But it would never complete the process and my screen was stuck with the charge cord and I couldn't do anything. I had to take my phone to a certified Apple repair store. They were able to restore the phone to factory but I can't remember what my Apple ID was. What can I do to be able to use my phone again?
