Iphone Payment

Hey I'm looking to buy an Iphone 11 in white and i want to pay it off but its gonna take 3.5 years to pay it off, Do i get the phone while paying it off or do I get it after i pay it off?

Or is there buy any chance that I can pay more than $24.95 a month?
