Hi Apple Community,

I am trying to download the first app on my phone and I get the following message:

"This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store. Tap Review to sign in, then review your account information.|

When I click Review, I get another prompt:

"Sign in required. Please enter your Apple ID and password to create an iTunes Store account from your existing Apple ID."

There is only a password field, so I enter the password for my Apple account and click on Sign In. It then presents a message saying "You must enter both your Apple ID and password. I click on Try Again and it takes me back to the first message.

Help please!
