How to delete google account from iphone

I deleted my google maps app. I deleted my youtube app. I use duck-duck-go as my search engine. I don't use gmail.

I re-installed the youtube app and when I start it the first time, it identifies me and automatically logs into my google account.

How does youtube identify my account after I've deleted the app, app data, reset my advertising data, and cleared my safari history?

How do I get a clean install of the youtube app so it can't identify who I am without me explicitly logging in? Using the Youtube app to log out doesn't cut it... They have already identified me and logging out using their app won't prevent them from stealing and selling my watch history.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

This is an Apple problem, not a google problem. I found a web site that explained how to delete the google account off the Iphone.

The google account does not show up under Settings -> Passwords & Accounts. The account is stored somewhere. Michael imagines the google logins are stored in Apple’s iCloud keychain. This leads to the question, what other invisible accounts are stored there?

To delete the google account, you need to install the gmail app. Go to the APP store, install Gmail. Push the Open button. When you push the button to install gmail, the Apple App store might ask to install the gmail app using the stored google account. When you run the gmail app the first time you can push a button to delete the google account. Then delete all google apps, and re-install youtube. Youtube then comes up without auto-logging in.
