How to retrieve encrypted backup password ?

I like to know how to retrieve encrypted back up password when you Restore backup from PC ?

I checked the support explanation, but it says you can't.

There is no meaning of Restore Back-up function in iTunes - if user has to depend on 1-only password for restoring whole iPhone. There should be some procedure to retrieve the password OR generate new password with authentication of user.

Please provide your answer.
