iPhone 12 mini WiFi not working

New iPhone 12 mini and WiFi signal is full yet not connecting to webpages. Have tried everything including rebooting, rebooting router, switching off 5G, forgetting network, network reset, factory reset. You name it, I have tried it. I do not have any VPNs so that cannot be the issue. Other iPhones work on this router without any difficulty including partner’s iPhone 11. Please help as this is making using the phone impossible.

Could you try the following things (after each step, check if it works, otherwise proceed with the next step):

  1. Turn off every other device that’s connected to your WiFi. Remove the network from your iPhone 12 mini, restart the device, add the network again
  2. Restart the router, try step 1 again
  3. Take another iPhone, enable Personal Hotspot there, try to connect your iPhone 12 mini to that hotspot iPhone.

If none of this works, your devices hardware is likely bad. Contact Apple Support in order to get help. If at least one of the above step works, there’s likely a problem with your router. Check the manufacturers page in order to get help.
