Can't update Watch OS to 7.3

iPhone 11 Pro on 14.5

Watch 6 on 7.0.2

I receive a software update failed message when I try to download and install update from either Phone or Watch.

Steps taken:

• Restart Watch and Phone
• Unpair Watch and restore from backup
• Unpair Watch and set up as new device

About the only thing I haven't done is wipe my phone and restart it. Open to ideas otherwise calling Apple Support this afternoon.
