Hey juana10,
We see you have some questions about what is backed up when backing up your iPhone, namely Music.
Music files are not included in a backup. However, if you use Apple Music or iTunes Match, those sync automatically in real time outside of your backup. As to files synced from your Mac or PC, they would not be backed up and in the event of setting up a new phone or restoring a backup, those files would need to be re-synced.
