I have tried all your methods of cancelling my subscription and none of them help. I would like to cancel my subscription - can I talk to someone who can help me?

Cancel my subscription. Your online methods do not work for me. I don't even know what device this is for? I think it has something to do with I-tunes. I do not want a subscription to I-tunes
