Apple Tv 1 year subscription nor working
Hi all,
I have bought an Apple Tv 4K few wees ago and I wanted to activate the one year AppleTV, subscription but it doe not shown up.
How can I solve the issue?

If you have followed the steps (posted below for reference) and it is not working then contact Apple support
- Turn on your new Apple device and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
- The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ channel page where you’ll see the offer.
- Tap Enjoy 1 Year Free.
