Phone speaker

yesterday my phone speaker got wet but I didn’t notice I just got the notification that said there was water on the lightning I checked it and took the cord out in a little later I made a call and they could just fine but later in the night I made another call and they couldn’t hear me the next morning it was the same thing. I tested it the phone can hear noise around it but it can’t hear you talking unless you are really yelling what should I do
