my ipad is waiting for approval how do i do that here?

To make sure we're on the same page, it appears you are attempting to sign into your Apple ID on your iPad, but are prompted for a two-factor authentication code to proceed, is that correct?

If so, a browser would not be able to generate the code you need, however if your computer is a Mac and is currently signed into the same Apple ID as on your iPad, you can generate a code by doing the following:

1. Go to Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Apple ID.
2. Click Password & Security > Get Verification Code.

If that is not an option, do you have an iPhone or iPod touch also currently signed into that Apple ID. You can generate codes from those devices as well. See more details below:

If none of these are options, you may need to enroll in account recovery in order to gain access to your account on that iPad.
