Stuck pixels?

A while ago, someone posted this picture of stuck pixels or something scratched underneath their screen. I now have the exact same problem in the exact same place. Any ideas on what’s going on? A manufacturing defect?

Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to them. Your screen (or screen protector if you have one) appears to be cracked. This would indicate the phone has been dropped and thus it sustained some damage, which may have damaged the digitizer. Customer caused damage is not a manufacturing defect, nor covered by warranty if you have any warranty remaining on the phone at this point.
