My iPad will not sign into FaceTime or iMessage

Facetime and iMessage have both stopped working on my iPad. I’ve tried singing in, now when I click on FaceTime it just says signing in. It’s been stuck signing for weeks now, I’ve restarted the app, ive deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve restarted the iPad, I shut it off for a couple days. Still says signing in. Anyway to fix this.

FaceTime and iMessages aren’t working on my iPad. I’ve tried everything I can find online but no help. When I go to iMessages to turn off, I only get the sign in screen. I input my password(which I just changed) and the message I get is that I can’t be signed into FaceTime. I never use FaceTime but when I went to FaceTime , it was trying to sign in too.

my ipad will not let me sign in to imessage and facetime My iMessage and Facetime signed out on my iPad and will not allow me to sign back in. Is there a fix for this issue? It happened after the latest IOS update occured.
