MacBook repair status??

How do I get a status repair for my MacBook repair if the Genius Bar has it? Every time I call, no one knows what to tell me!

You should have received a Repair# plus information on how to get status updates. In addition, you can go to the following Apple site where you should find any repairs listed, and also obtain status about them.
