do we get warranty on purchase of new wired earphones and if we get warranty then how to activate it?

You have the information on the warranty coverage that Apple offers for these EarPods. There is no activation process for them, nor will they show up in your Apple ID's device list.
By "wired earphones" are you referring to the EarPods that come with a new phone or something else? If it is the EarPods, then they are covered under the Apple Hardware warranty.
