iPhone clock problem

I have this problem since 2 days. I can't find a way to fix this. 2 clocks are in the same place and they're showing different times

Try a "forced" restart of your iPhone, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

Oh i get it i get it.. I realised that the problem was my wallpaper

The 2. clock’s time is changed but still there are 2 clocks with different times.
