Has anyone’s usb-c to Lightning cable failed and stopped working completely

Got my new IPhone 12 Pro and everything was working fine for the first 2 days of owning the phone. Last night I plug my phone in to charge. The phone got to 33% before the wire and possibly the cube stopped working completely. Could I have a faulty cube and wire? Need help because this is very frustrating for a brand new product to completely stop working

We tested more ports in my home. It turned out to be a glitchy charging cube. We tried that glitchy cube at my local Verizon store and it didn’t work at any of there outlets either. Beware the glitchy charging block!
