turn on ringer on 11max pro
the ringer on my 11 Max Pro is turned off. How do I turn it back on?

Some things to check:

Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
Do Not Disturb: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
