Ipad Air 4 Sunlight and running

Hi,

My ipad Air 4 was exposed to direct sun light for two hours. It was left on the table. It was inside a case like apple smart cover. Since then, whenever I write on it with apple pencil, after 30 mins , I feel like the screen is too hot. Is my ipad damaged? or it is normal.

Once I ran with the same ipad for 15 minutes while the ipad was not fixed in my laptop back pack. Can I run with my ipad twice a day for 15 minutes? Is it not harmful ? Is there a good running backpack for ipad air 4?

Sun damage on iPhone I went to the pool today and I tried to keep my phone out of the sun as much as possible but it still got very hot. The phone never overheated but now there are little green dots on the black restart screen when I turn it off. Some of the apps are a little distorted almost like they are doubled or something ? Will this go away ?
