Change in device location

Hi, can anyone help me out in changing my iPad country location. I’m now staying in United Kingdom and I would like to update my location. But it is showing me to cancel all my subscriptions and I did the same. But it’s still showing me the same issue when changing my location after cancelling all my subscriptions. Can anyone help me out.
