I used the student discount for my Apple Music but I changed my ID when I try with my new one it keeps saying that it used in another id
how can I change it

Since you've already set up your account with the student discount, you don't have to sign up for the student discount again. When you changed your Apple ID email address, the discount remained on your account. So you would just continue to use your Apple Music the same as before.
