I requested a refund for 2 subscriptions that I cancelled that apple still billed me for i made the request for a refund and they said I’ve been refunded. But I haven’t received anything yet? How long does it take to get back my refund? Please note im from the Caribbean

When will I get the money back?

All other payment methods – It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
