Activation lock

I submitted three about removing the activation lock, the latest one was just now, but I did not hear or understand the website link that the customer service said. So I clicked in the previous one to remove the activation lock, and also submitted a request to remove the activation lock. Reply to emails submitted are the same.The case number is different every time

You might have called twice apple support , the new advisor might have generated a new support case number .
