Im not sure what Ipad it’s cause I can’t charge , I need to make in appointment to check my ipad

If the issue still persists, yes, you need to make an appointment (we, just users like you cannot do it on your behalf).
You can do it:
- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
- Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
- Using the Apple Store app, available on AppStore.
