Safari Keeps crashing when I try to type a web address
Safari opens normally but shuts down when I try to type in the address bar

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
