Unknown device

I recently saw an unknown device associated with my Apple ID I removed it but I’m curious as to what that device may have had access to should I be concerned?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

 As a precaution, change your password.


 Apple ID Password Change.      


 What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

Not directly Apple related.... Do you know how to check the devices on your router? You can check on there. as an extra precaution.
