Hello. When starting family sharing, can my wife transfer her data stored on her cloud?

Hello DLStennett,

She doesn't need to transfer. When you share a family plan you will jointly have access to the higher quantity of storage. Read this document:

Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support - "With Family Sharing, your family can share a single 200GB or 2TB storage plan"
